At Capital One, I design fraud and servicing experiences that empower users and build trust. I’m especially drawn to mobile design and systems challenges, where I can bring clarity to complexity and craft intuitive, human-centered experiences.
I taught design methods at the University of Washington, guiding over 100 students through user-centered practices, an experience that sharpened how I communicate, think critically, and lead with empathy. I approach every challenge with curiosity, always looking for ways to learn, improve, and design with more intention.

I believe thoughtful craftsmanship shapes the entire experience. I pay close attention to the finer points, knowing they lead to better usability, clearer communication, and stronger trust in the product.
